Blue Orchids

I saw these orchid dendrobiums in the grocery store and was captivated by their extrodinary color. I imagine that the orchid stems were soaked in bluish-purple water after they were cut much like with colored carnations. Either way, the colors were absolutely fantastic.

This was taken looking through the glass vase that held the flowers.
