The Dark Crystal Card Game

This game, made by the Milton Bradley Company, came in a 11.5 " x 11.5" x 1" box. This includes a set of 60 3.5" x 2.25" cards and 1 cardboard gameboard. The gameboard is basically shapped in a circle with 11 square protrusions around the circumference. The gameboard has a light brown marble pattern over most of the board, the Dark Crystal logo is large in the center, and 18 small black symbols around the circumference. There are twelve different images repeated throughout the card deck and one special "Stop Sun" card. The twelve images on the cards are illustrations (not photos) of: the Three Suns, the Dark Crystal, the Castle, Jen, Kira, Aughra, Fizzgig, the Chamberlain, a Mystic, the Pod People, a Garthim, and a Landstrider. The back of the cards is orange with the Dark Crystal logo in black and white at the center.

THE DARK CRYSTAL CARD GAME
It's a unique card matching game featuring magical characters and symbols from the fantasy adventure film of the same name.
For 3 or 4 Players
Here's how you play. On your turn, discard a card from your hand by either passing it to an opponent or by playing it on the gameboard on a matching card. Your opponents do the same, sometimes covering up "already-played" cards. Several times during the game, play will stop and any uncovered cards on the gameboard are scored for points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game is the winner.
Object:
Strategically match cards on the gameboard to score the highest.
